“The Tour guide wasn’t friendly and it was frustrating that you must have cash to buy water shoes and phone holders, even though they said we could pay with a card before leaving. I didn't feel prepared, as I no one warned us that we must have cash since no one takes cards, this took away from the tip $ we would have liked to have been able to give out across the day. We were also forced to take valuables with us on the hike/excursion. Overall, no one warned us at any point during booking that the total hours of this trip was just shy of 12 hours due…”
